Getting Started

I am totally new at this blogging thing, but I'm sure that most of us are! Hopefully we can use this to work together to encourage each other in our weight loss plans and goals. Family is the best support system! Many good ideas have been posted to facebook, but let's see if we can use this site as our own private tool to keep each other on track. Feel free to post more ideas on the blog.  I'm hoping we can use this to post goals, check-in with one another, create and invite each other to 'healthy events', post good recipes, helpful websites, and anything else you can think of that may be helpful! Let the blogging experiment begin! ;)
